Of course it can happen that a product is different than you expected. Then you can always exchange it within 14 days or return to Getfloes.
The items must not be worn or washed. Items must be returned in its original condition and must have all tags / hygiene stickers attached.
In order to return your purchase, all tracksuits / sets must be returned complete (top + bottom).
With every order we send a return form. Fill in this form and send it along with the returning items.
Exchange
If you want to exchange a product, you can send the product back to the return address on your package. In the event that Getfloes made a mistake in your shipment, shipping costs are the responsibility of Getfloes. If it’s not the fault of Getfloes, then the shipping cost are for the sender. Please fill in the exchange form that’s in the package. We will send the right product for you after receiving the package. You do not need to make any additional costs.
Returns
If you want to return a product, you can send the product back to the return address on your package. You need to pay the shipping costs to send the packet. Please fill in the Return form that is in the package. We will transfer the amount to your account asap.
